THURSDAY EVENING...

.DISCUSSION...
Unseasonably warm temperatures and low relative humidity are
expected later today. South winds will shift to the northwest
later this morning; however, wind speeds should remain relatively
light at 5 to 10 mph with gusts to 15 mph. By afternoon, the warm
temperatures will result in minimum relative humidity in the low
20%s.
