.DISCUSSION...A vigorous low pressure disturbance will cross
Southeastern Idaho today. Expect strong winds shifting from
southwest to west about 1000 hours this morning. Scattered to
numerous showers should move into the burn area between 1000 and
1100 hours this morning. Snow levels will be falling through the
day and dropping to about 5800 feet elevation by late afternoon.
Winds will decrease with sunset but gusts up to 30 mph will still
be possible until about midnight.
