.DISCUSSION...AN OFFSHORE UPPER LEVEL RIDGE WILL GRADUALLY BUILD
INLAND OVER THE REGION THROUGH WEDNESDAY...THEN PERSIST THROUGH
FRIDAY FOR A WARMING AND DRYING TREND. THE WARMEST DAYS WILL BE
WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY WITH HIGHS IN THE 80S TO LOWER 90S AND
MINIMUM RH VALUES 20 TO 30 PERCENT. RH IN SOME SPOTS ON THURSDAY
AND FRIDAY COULD DROP INTO THE UPPER TEENS. THIS WARM SPELL DOES
NOT LOOK QUITE AS HOT OR DRY AS LAST WEEKS EVENT...BUT THE NORTH
COAST AND THE INTERIOR FROM CENTRAL PUGET SOUND SOUTHWARD COULD
STILL REACH BORDERLINE CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CRITERIA ON
THURSDAY AND FRIDAY...FOR A COMBINATION OF LOW RH AND WIND. AN
APPROACHING UPPER LEVEL TROUGH IS EXPECTED TO TRIGGER A MARINE
PUSH FRIDAY NIGHT FOR A RETURN TO COOLER WEATHER.
