.DISCUSSION...

Light west to southwest winds are expected today, but high mixing
heights will lead to good dispersions this afternoon. MinRH values
will drop into upper 30s. Winds will become light to calm tonight,
and some patchy fog cannot be ruled out late tonight and early
Thursday morning. Light easterly winds are expected on Thursday
with good dispersions again in the afternoon thanks to high mixing
heights.
