FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.6 INCHES WILL CONTINUE TO EXIT THE
EASTERN GREAT LAKES THIS EVENING WHILE LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4
INCHES THEN DEVELOPS OVER THE PLAINS TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY. AS THIS
OCCURS...A COLD FRONT WILL GRADUALLY SHIFT SOUTHWARD DOWN THE
LAKE FRIDAY BEFORE STALLING OUT NEAR THE SOUTHERN END OF THE LAKE
EARLY SATURDAY MORNING. THE LOW WILL WEAKEN TO AROUND 29.7 INCHES
AS IT MOVES SLOWLY NORTHEAST OVER NORTHERN ILLINOIS THROUGH
SUNDAY. A SECOND AREA OF LOW PRESSURE AT 29.8 INCHES THEN
QUICKLY MOVES NORTHEAST INTO MISSOURI BY MONDAY MORNING AND THEN
TO NORTHERN INDIANA TUESDAY MORNING.
