IOWA...SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...AND SOUTHWEST INTO CENTRAL WISCONSIN

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

NORTHWEST WIND GUSTS OF 40 TO 45 MPH ARE EXPECTED LATE THIS
MORNING INTO THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS THE OPEN AND UNSHELTERED AREAS
OF SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST IOWA. THESE WINDS COULD
CREATE DIFFICULT TRAVEL FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. IN
ADDITION...DUE TO THE VERY WET SOILS...SOME WEAKER TREES MAY BE
SUSCEPTIBLE TO TOPPLING.
