A POWERFUL STORM SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO IMPACT CENTRAL NEW YORK AND
NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA DURING THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK. A WINTRY
MIX WILL CHANGE TO A WIDESPREAD RAIN IN CENTRAL NEW YORK AND
NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA FROM TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY...WITH STRONG
WINDS AND SNOW SHOWERS DEVELOPING AS COLDER AIR SPREADS INTO THE
REGION LATER WEDNESDAY AND ESPECIALLY ON CHRISTMAS DAY.

THE SNOW SHOWERS AND WIND ASSOCIATED WITH THE STORM MAY DISRUPT
