THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHEAST AND NORTH CENTRAL
COLORADO.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THERE WILL BE A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER
THE AREA THIS MORNING WITH A BETTER CHANCE THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING. THE BEST CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE TO THE SOUTH AND
EAST OF DENVER THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. A FEW STORMS COULD BE
SEVERE OVER THE PLAINS ALONG AND SOUTH OF I-70. MAIN HAZARDS WILL
BE STRONG GUSTY WINDS TO 50 MPH...HAIL...BRIEF MODERATE TO HEAVY
RAIN AND LIGHTNING.

A MODERATE WESTERLY FLOW ALOFT WILL BE OVER COLORADO TODAY WITH A
RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE TO THE SOUTH. IT WILL NOT BE AS HOT BEHIND
A COOL FRONT THAT WILL PUSH INTO THE URBAN CORRIDOR FROM THE EAST.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

THERE WILL CONTINUE TO BE A CHANCE OF AFTERNOON AND EVENING
THUNDERSTORMS MONDAY AND TUESDAY OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN WITH A
SLIGHT CHANCE ACROSS THE PLAINS BEFORE IT DRIES OUT ON WEDNESDAY.
ANOTHER COLD FRONT WILL BRING BACK CHANCES FOR STORMS TO THE AREA
THURSDAY AND FRIDAY ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE PLAINS.
