EARLY THIS EVENING. THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF ISOLATED FLOODING
SHOULD THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL IN LOCATIONS WHICH
ARE ALREADY SATURATED FROM RAINFALL IN RECENT DAYS.
