THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EAST CENTRAL
WISCONSIN...SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN AND SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

A BLIZZARD WARNING GOES INTO EFFECT MIDDAY FOR RACINE AND KENOSHA
COUNTIES...WITH A WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FOR THE SOUTH
HALVES OF SOUTHEAST AND SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN AS WELL AS
SHEBOYGAN AND OZAUKEE COUNTIES THROUGH THIS EVENING. WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORIES ARE IN EFFECT FOR THE REST OF SOUTHERN
WISCONSIN.

SNOW WILL CONTINUE INTO THIS EVENING...AS LOW PRESSURE
INTENSIFIES AS IT TRACKS FROM EASTERN KANSAS TO ACROSS THE OHIO
RIVER VALLEY. SNOW WILL BE HEAVIEST OVER SOUTHEASTERN WISCONSIN
WHERE LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL COMBINE WITH THE SNOW FROM THE LOW
PRESSURE AREA. BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW IS EXPECTED OVER ALL OF
THE AREA WITH GUSTS BETWEEN 25 MPH AND 30 MPH. VISIBILITIES WILL
BE LOWEST ACROSS FAR SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN WITH FREQUENT GUSTS TO
35 MPH NEAR THE LAKE MICHIGAN SHORE.

THE SNOW WILL TAPER OFF FROM WEST TO EAST LATE THIS AFTERNOON
THROUGH THE EVENING...HOWEVER SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WILL CONTINUE
THROUGH THE NIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES WILL APPROACH 20 BELOW ZERO LATE
WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY MORNING AS BRISK NORTHWEST WINDS
BRING ARCTIC AIR TO THE REGION. WIND CHILL VALUES WILL APPROACH 20
BELOW ZERO AGAIN THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING.

A GALE WARNING WILL REPLACE THE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MID-MORNING
AS GUSTY WINDS INCREASE TO NORTHEAST GALES AS INTENSIFYING LOW
PRESSURE MOVES FROM EASTERN KANSAS TO ACROSS THE OHIO RIVER
VALLEY. THE STRONG WINDS WILL BUILD HIGH WAVES. THE BRISK
WINDS...HIGH WAVES AND COLD AIR TEMPERATURES WILL PRODUCE HEAVY
FREEZING SPRAY LATE THIS MORNING INTO TONIGHT. SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORIES WILL BE NEEDED AFTER THE GALE WARNING EXPIRES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES MAY BE NEEDED INTO EARLY MONDAY AFTERNOON AS
HIGH WAVES WILL BE SLOW TO SUBSIDE AFTER NORTHWEST WINDS EASE
EARLY MONDAY MORNING.

WINDS WILL APPROACH SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY LEVELS WEDNESDAY AND
WEDNESDAY NIGHT...AND AGAIN SATURDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT.
