This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western South
Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Gusty northwest winds will continue through early afternoon, then
gradually diminish late this afternoon and evening. Expect wind
gusts to around 50 mph.

The Grassland Fire Danger will be in the very high category today
for much of the western South Dakota plains.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Gusty winds are expected again on Thursday with gusts of 45 mph
or higher possible.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Black
Hills.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Northwest winds of 15 to 30 mph are expected, with some higher
gusts in exposed areas. Winds will slowly decrease this afternoon
and evening.

Upslope snow will develop tonight with 1 to 3 inches by Thursday
morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Upslope snow will continue Thursday morning with total
accumulations of 2 to 4 inches. Northwest winds on Thursday will
be 15 to 35 mph.
