AT 945 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE
OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED
ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 9 NM NORTHWEST OF N. EDISTO NEARSHORE
REEF TO NEAR CAPERS REEF...MOVING EAST AT 5 KNOTS.

MARINE LOCATIONS TO BE IMPACTED THROUGH 1030 PM EDT INCLUDE:
JOE SHUFORD REEF...N. EDISTO NEARSHORE REEF...CHARLESTON NEARSHORE
REEF...CHARLESTON SIXTY...AIR FORCE REEF...LOWCOUNTRY ANGLERS...
KIAWAH REEF AND DEVEAUX BANK.
