...AREAS OF FOG WILL IMPACT THE ATLANTIC WATERS OUT 10 OR 20
MILES...THE INTRA-COASTAL AND CHARLESTON HARBOR THIS MORNING...

AREAS OF FOG...SOME LOCALLY DENSE WILL OCCUR ALONG THE GEORGIA
AND SOUTH CAROLINA COASTS...ALONG THE INTRA-COASTAL OF BOTH STATES
AND IN CHARLESTON HARBOR THROUGH MID OR LATE MORNING. VISIBILITIES
WILL BE AS LOW AS NEAR 3/4 OR 1 NM...EXCEPT FOR DENSE FOG PATCHES
OCCASIONALLY NEAR 1/2 NM AT TIMES.

THE FOG IS EXPECTED TO GRADUALLY LIFT BY MID TO LATE MORNING.

IF THE COVERAGE OF THE DENSE FOG INCREASES ENOUGH...A DENSE FOG
ADVISORY WOULD BE REQUIRED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS ARE URGED TO NAVIGATE WITH EXTREME CARE. IF YOU MUST
NAVIGATE IN THESE CONDITIONS...PROCEED WITH CAUTION. USE PROPER
FOG SIGNALS...INCLUDING FOG HORNS. MAKE SURE ALL NAVIGATIONAL
RUNNING LIGHTS ARE ON.

PLEASE RELAY ANY REPORTS OF SEA FOG TO THE CHARLESTON OR TYBEE
ISLAND COAST GUARD STATIONS AND ASK THEM TO IMMEDIATELY FORWARD
YOUR REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON.
