LOCATED 46 NM EAST OF JACKSONVILLE BEACH...OR 50 NM NORTHEAST OF
SAINT AUGUSTINE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
