  THE VICINITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH BRIDGE...THE MOREHEAD CITY-ATLANTIC
  BEACH BRIDGE THROUGH 510 PM.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS OF 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...
AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY OR
