THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR THE
VICINITY OF GUM NECK TO 8 NM EAST OF CRABTREE BAY TO NEAR HOBUCKEN...
MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
