THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
COASTAL WATERS FROM FORT PIERCE TO JUPITER INLET OUT 20 NM...

AT 350 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE
LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR HOBE SOUND BEACH TO NEAR
NORTH PALM BEACH...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 KNOTS.

DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED WEAK ROTATION WITH THESE STORMS. FUNNEL
CLOUDS OR BRIEF WATERSPOUTS MAY DEVELOP AS THE STORMS MOVE OFFSHORE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. FUNNEL CLOUDS OR BRIEF WATERSPOUTS
WILL BE POSSIBLE AS WELL. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
