AT 1058 PM AST...A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED AROUND
50 MILES NORTH OF ARECIBO. THIS AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WAS MOVING
SLOWLY NORTHWARD. FREQUENT LIGHTNING...STRONG GUSTY
WINDS...REDUCED VISIBILITIES CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THIS ACTIVITY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
