  COASTAL WATERS OF NORTHERN PUERTO RICO OUT 10 NM...

AT 204 AM AST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...MOVING NORTHWEST AT 20-30 KNOTS. THESE STORMS ARE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL...WINDS TO AROUND 30
KNOTS...AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING. THIS LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WAS
LOCATED OVER THE COASTAL AREAS FROM SAN JUAN TO LUQUILLO...PUERTO
RICO.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK
SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
