THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  CHARLOTTE HARBOR AND PINE ISLAND SOUND...

AT 519 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY SHOWERS...CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS AND EVENTUALLY LIGHTNING STRIKES.
THESE SHOWERS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 26 NM
NORTHEAST OF DON PEDRO ISLAND TO 9 NM NORTHEAST OF CAPTIVA. THE
SHOWERS WERE SLOWLY MOVING WEST.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
