TONIGHT ACROSS THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

.NORTHEAST FLOW IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN STRONG ACROSS ALL OF THE
MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS THROUGH TONIGHT. WINDS WILL DIMINISH
BRIEFLY MONDAY MORNING BECOMING MORE NORTHWEST AS SURFACE LOW
PRESSURE PASSES EAST ACROSS THE WATERS. WINDS WILL STRENGTHEN ONCE
AGAIN BY MONDAY AFTERNOON. SEAS WILL REMAIN ELEVATED THROUGH
THE PERIOD.
