.WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO DECREASE ACROSS THE WATERS THIS EVENING.
HOWEVER...WINDS WILL REMAIN STRONG OVER THE GULF TONIGHT ALONG
WITH LARGE SEAS...THEREFORE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS WILL
