  BECOMING WEST AND DIMINISHING TO 10 TO 15 THIS EVENING. WINDS
  INCREASING FROM THE SOUTHWEST ON SUNDAY.

* WAVES...3 TO 6 FEET...SUBSIDING 1 TO 3 FEET THIS EVENING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.  INEXPERIENCED MARINERS, ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
