...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM THIS MORNING
TO 3 PM CDT SUNDAY...

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 KNOTS AND BACK
SOUTH TODAY. THOSE WINDS WILL PERSIST TONIGHT, THEN INCREASE TO
30 KNOTS FOR SATURDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT. SOME GALE FORCE GUSTS
AROUND 35 KTS ARE POSSIBLE SATURDAY NIGHT. WINDS WILL SHIFT
  WEST AND DIMINISH ON SUNDAY.

* WAVES...THE STRONG...PERSISTENT SOUTH WINDS WILL RESULT IN
BUILDING WAVES ON THE LAKE. WAVES SHOULD REACH 6 TO 10 FEET
  SATURDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT.

* CONDITIONS APPROACHING SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CRITERIA ARE
EXPECTED ON THE BAY OF GREEN BAY THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT. A
FURTHER INCREASE IN WIND AND WAVES ON THE BAY IS ANTICIPATED
SATURDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT, SO A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY WILL
LIKELY EVENTUALLY BE NEEDED FOR THE BAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS, ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
