.A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS THIS EVENING.
STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONT, WITH
SEAS BUILDING AND BECOMING ROUGH. THE STRONG WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO
PERSIST INTO THE DAYTIME THURSDAY AND THE ADVISORY MAY NEED TO BE
EXTENDED BEYOND THE CURRENT EXPIRATION TIME.

* WINDS...NORTH WINDS 20 TO 25 KNOTS WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 30
  KNOTS.

* WAVES/SEAS...4 TO 8 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
