THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MEDFORD HAS ISSUED A HAZARDOUS
SEAS WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM FRIDAY TO 1 AM PST
SATURDAY. A STORM WARNING HAS ALSO BEEN ISSUED. THIS STORM
WARNING IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM FRIDAY TO 1 AM PST SATURDAY. THE
STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT. THE HAZARDOUS SEAS WATCH IS
NO LONGER IN EFFECT. A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS
REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM PST FRIDAY.

* SEAS: COMBINED SEAS 9 TO 10 FEET WILL BUILD TO 16 TO 22 FEET
  FRIDAY AFTERNOON...THEN SUBSIDE TO 14 TO 15 FEET LATE FRIDAY
  NIGHT. INITIALLY THE SEAS WILL BE DOMINATED BY WESTERLY
  SWELL...THEN WIND WAVES WILL TAKE OVER FRIDAY. ANOTHER ROUND OF
  MODERATE WESTERLY SWELL WILL MOVE IN SATURDAY.

* WINDS: SOUTH WINDS 10 TO 20 KTS WILL INCREASE TO 40 TO 50 KT
  FRIDAY AFTERNOON WITH HIGHER GUSTS TO 75 KT. WINDS WILL BECOME
  WEST 15 TO 25 KT LATE FRIDAY NIGHT.

* AREAS AFFECTED: SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY SEAS ARE EXPECTED OVER ALL
  AREAS...THEN HAZARDOUS SEAS AND STORM FORCE WINDS WILL DEVELOP
  NEARLY EVERYWHERE FRIDAY. THE STRONGEST WINDS AND HEAVIEST SEAS
  WILL OCCUR AROUND CAPE BLANCO.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A HAZARDOUS SEAS WARNING MEANS HAZARDOUS SEA CONDITIONS ARE
IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. RECREATIONAL BOATERS SHOULD REMAIN IN
PORT...OR TAKE SHELTER UNTIL WAVES SUBSIDE.  COMMERCIAL VESSELS
SHOULD PREPARE FOR ROUGH SEAS AND CONSIDER REMAINING IN PORT OR
TAKING SHELTER IN PORT UNTIL HAZARDOUS SEAS SUBSIDE.

A STORM WARNING MEANS THAT CONDITIONS WILL BE HAZARDOUS TO ALL
VESSELS. ALL SMALL CRAFT SHOULD REMAIN IN PORT.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS MEANS THAT WAVES WILL
BE STEEP ENOUGH TO CREATE A POTENTIAL HAZARD TO SMALL CRAFT.
