* WINDS...NORTH 25 TO 30 KNOTS WITH GUSTS TO 35 KNOTS.

* WAVES...STEEP WIND DRIVEN 7 TO 9 FEET FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
  FRIDAY NIGHT.

* AREAS AFFECTED...MOST OF THE WATERS FROM CAPE BLANCO SOUTHWARD
  WILL BE AFFECTED. WINDS WILL BE STRONGEST SOUTH OF GOLD BEACH
  FROM AROUND 8 TO 30 NM FROM SHORE.
