.A COLD FRONT APPROACHING FROM THE NORTH WILL MOVE THROUGH THE MARINE
AREA TONIGHT WITH A MODERATE TO STRONG NORTHERLY FLOW IN THE WAKE OF
THE FRONT.  WINDS WILL BEGIN TO RELAX THROUGH THE AFTERNOON HOURS.

SEAS 7 FEET OR HIGHER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS
FOR SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED BOATERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING
