THUNDERSTORMS...ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR NATURITA TO 6 MILES
WEST OF EASTLAND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH. THESE STORMS WILL
PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL BETWEEN ONE HALF INCH AND ONE INCH
PER HOUR...GUSTY WINDS TO 40 MPH AND POSSIBLY SMALL HAIL. NORMALLY
DRY WASHES AND CANYONS MAY EXPERIENCE RAPID ONSET OF FLOWING
WATER...AND PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS IS POSSIBLE.
