1215 PM ChST Thu Jun 29 2017

Showers and a few thunderstorms will move across Guam and Guam
Coastal Waters this afternoon. Rainfall will be heavy at times
with ponding of water on roadways and in poor drainage areas.
Rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are likely, along with wind
gusts of 30 mph near the showers.

Visibilities will be very low in the heavy showers, and below a
half mile over the coastal waters.

Dangerous cloud to ground lightning strikes are likely with these
storms. Boaters should go below deck, and beach goers should
head indoors if hearing thunder or seeing lightning.
