PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST IOWA. LOOK FOR THE
VISIBILITY TO GRADUALLY IMPROVE AROUND 9 AM. LIGHT ICING HAS BEEN
REPORTED ON SOME UNTREATED ROADS AND BRIDGES MAINLY ACROSS
NORTHEAST IOWA WITH TEMPERATURES HOVERING NEAR THE FREEZING MARK.
