THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BIRMINGHAM HAS CANCELLED THE HEAT
ADVISORY.

TEMPERATURES WILL RISE INTO THE MID AND UPPER 90S ACROSS EASTERN
AND NORTHEASTERN ALABAMA THIS AFTERNOON...WITH HEAT INDICES
RANGING FROM 100 TO 103 DEGREES. THEREFORE...HEAT ADVISORY
CRITERIA IS NOT EXPECTED TO BE MET. HOWEVER...PRECAUTIONS SHOULD
STILL BE TAKEN TO AVOID HEAT RELATED ILLNESSES AS VERY HOT AND
HUMID CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE THIS AFTERNOON.
