CONDITIONS HAVE IMPROVED OVER PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN
MINNESOTA SUCH THAT HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL REMAIN BELOW 100
DEGREES. THEREFORE...THE EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING HAS BEEN ALLOWED
TO EXPIRE AND WILL NO LONGER BE NEEDED.
