...Windy today...

.A strong cold front presses through the region today bringing
windy conditions especially during the afternoon and early
evening. Wind gusts varying from 35 to 45 mph will be common
between noon and 6PM. Brief gusts around 50 mph or stronger may
occur with the cold front passage during the late afternoon.

* Impacts...Winds this strong can make driving difficult ...
  especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
  Localized power outages are also possible due to downed trees
  and tree limbs. Patchy blowing dusts may reduce visibility at
  times.

* Locations...Moscow, Plummer, Potlatch, Genesee, Coeur d`Alene,
  Post Falls, Hayden, Worley, Waterville, Mansfield, Pullman,
  Colfax, Rosalia, La Crosse, Oakesdale, Tekoa, Uniontown,
