...FREEZING FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON PST TODAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PENDLETON HAS ISSUED A FREEZING
FOG ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON PST TODAY. VISIBILITY
LESS THAN ON QUARTER MILE WILL MAINLY OCCUR WHERE THE CLOUD DECK
LOWERS TO THE SURFACE DUE TO ELEVATION.

* TIMING...FREEZING FOG WILL LIFT DURING THE AFTERNOON ALLOWING
  VISIBILITY TO IMPROVE.

* IMPACTS...SLICK ROADS AND POOR VISIBILITY ALONG I-84 BETWEEN
  EXIT 216 AND MEACHAM, HIGHWAY 97 IN OREGON NORTH OF SHANIKO, AND
  HIGHWAY 395 SOUTH OF PENDLETON AT ELEVATIONS BETWEEN 1200 TO
  2500 FEET MSL.

* TEMPERATURES...HIGHS IN THE LOW 30S. LOWS IN THE MID 20S.

A FREEZING FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE. IF DRIVING...SLOW DOWN...
USE YOUR HEADLIGHTS...AND LEAVE PLENTY OF DISTANCE AHEAD OF YOU.
