  EVENING AND PERSIST THROUGH 9 AM FRIDAY MORNING.

* WIND...WEST WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 60 TO 65
  MPH...ESPECIALLY IN THE VICINITY OF CLARK.

* IMPACTS...DANGEROUS CROSS WINDS COULD DEVELOP...ESPECIALLY ALONG
  HIGHWAY 120 NORTH OF CODY. THE MOST WIND PRONE AREA WILL BE
