EVENING...

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON...BECOMING
  STRONG AND GUSTY BY LATE AFTERNOON BEFORE DECREASING DURING THE
  EVENING.

* WINDS...SOUTH 20 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH FOR MUCH OF
  MOHAVE AND LINCOLN COUNTIES.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL MAY BE DIFFICULT DUE TO STRONG CROSSWINDS...
  ESPECIALLY ON EAST-WEST ROADS. TEMPORARY STRUCTURES MAY BE
  DAMAGED OR DISPLACED. POCKETS OF BLOWING DUST MAY REDUCE
  VISIBILITY AND MAKE TRAVEL HAZARDOUS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT CROSSWINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BE STRONG
ENOUGH TO MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE
VEHICLES. IN ADDITION...STRONG WINDS OVER DESERT AREAS COULD
RESULT IN BRIEFLY LOWERED VISIBILITIES TO UNDER A MILE AT TIMES
IN BLOWING DUST OR BLOWING SAND. USE EXTRA CAUTION.
