A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE EASTERN GULF WILL MOVE EAST
OVER THE PANHANDLE WED AS A LOW ENTERS THE CENTRAL GULF. SMALL
CRAFT WINDS WITH THE LOW WILL THEN TRACK TO THE NORTHEAST
THROUGH THU AS THE LOW MOVES INLAND. OUTLOOK. HIGH PRESSURE
WILL REBUILD OVER THE EASTERN GULF AND PANHANDLE THROUGH FRI.
