THE NW. MODERATE TO FRESH TRADE WINDS WILL PERSIST THROUGH WEDNESDAY
BEFORE VEERING AND WEAKENING AS THE FRONT MOVES CLOSER TO THE
OFFSHORE WATERS LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THE FRONT IS FORECAST TO CROSS
INTO THE OFFSHORE WATERS LATE THURSDAY AND MOVE DOWN THE ISLAND
CHAIN BEFORE STALLING OVER THE EASTERN PORTION OF THE STATE SUNDAY.
ANOTHER HIGH WILL FILL IN BEHIND THE FRONT.
