EVENING FOR THE MIDDLE RIO GRANDE VALLEY...NORTHEAST HIGHLANDS AND

  GRANDE VALLEY. CRITICAL CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP LATE THIS

  ARE POSSIBLE AGAIN FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING.
