.OVERVIEW...A SHEAR LINE HAS PASSED AND IS NOW LOCATED SOUTH OF
THE MARIANAS. THIS LINE WILL CAUSE A CONTINUATION OF INCREASED
WINDS OVER THE REGION...LEADING TO INCREASED FIRE DANGER. WITH
THE KBDI IN THE EXTREME CATEGORY AND FUEL MOISTURES LOW...
STRONGER WINDS WILL INCREASE THE RISK OF QUICK-SPREADING FIRES.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP COULD SPREAD RAPIDLY...
  ESPECIALLY ALONG NORTH AND EAST-FACING SLOPES. OUTDOOR
  BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED AS FLYING EMBERS AND ASH MAY START
  SPOT FIRES DOWNWIND.
