The National Weather Service in Tucson has cancelled the Red Flag
Warning.

A deep plume of moisture moved into Southeast Pima, Santa Cruz
and Cochise counties overnight, resulting in showers and much
higher than anticipated relative humidities this morning.

Although strong west to northwest winds will be present today,
minimum relative humidity values this afternoon will only get
down to near 20 percent. Therefore, the Red Flag Warning for
Southern Fire Weather Zones 151 and 152 have been cancelled.
