DAILY RIVER AND LAKE SUMMARY
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE COLUMBIA SC
1003 AM EDT SUN AUG 2 2015

.All river forecast points are expected to remain below flood stage...

The focus for any organized significant rainfall will remain to our south
and east with a stalled front along the coast...with low chances but chances
nonetheless for extremely isolated afternoon/early evening showers and
thunderstorms...mainly in the Southern and extreme Eastern Midlands...
where the focus of sea breeze front interaction will occur. Beginning late
Monday...upper level ridging expands back over the region keeping the
Midlands and CSRA dry overall until late in the week with long wave trough
redevelopment.

Minor fluctuations in area rivers are to be expected primarily due
to dam releases for hydro power generation. All forecast points are
expected to remain well below flood stage.
