DAILY RIVER AND LAKE SUMMARY
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE COLUMBIA SC
946 AM EST FRI FEB 12 2016

...All river forecast points remain below flood stage...

A frontal boundary lies stalled along the southern Midlands...with
upper level troughing passing overhead. Spotty light rainfall with
isolated areas of wintry mixed precipitation will occur primarily
in the Northern and Eastern Midlands today. Amounts are expected
from a few hundredths to be a few tenths of an inch or less in most
areas. As the trough passes overhead, low pressure will form offshore
and pull northeast as cold...dry high pressure returns this weekend.
Next system with precipitation is expected to arrive late Monday
into Tuesday. Area rivers will remain below flood stage...with
the only stage fluctuations dependent upon releases by area dams.
