...Minor fluctuations on the Lower Sacramento River with renewed
rises possible by this weekend...


.Another series of storms starting today will likely cause renewed
rises and weir overflow by this weekend.

Forecasts are based on present and forecasted meteorological and
hydrologic conditions at time of issuance.

Unlisted forecast points are expected to remain below monitor stage.
All those affected by river conditions should remain alert for rapid
changes and for possible forecast revisions.

 Fremont Weir 01/18 09:15 stage 34.1 ft
 present overflow depth is about 2.1 ft then overflow to remain near
depth of 2.3 ft thru late friday morning.
 Monitor stage 32.0 ft, Flood stage 39.5 ft
Impact for Fremont Weir...Near 33.1 feet, At one foot of overflow,
the river road to Woodland is closed due to flooding.
Impact for Fremont Weir...Near 32.0 feet, Fremont Weir crest
elevation. Overflow begins into the Yolo Bypass flooding agricultural
lands.

to the public.

 Lisbon 01/18 09:15 stage 18.3 ft
 forecast to recede to near 17.5 ft friday morning then forecast to
fluctuate near 17.5 ft thru late friday morning.
 Monitor stage 13.0 ft, Flood stage 19.0 ft
Impact for Lisbon...Near 16.0 feet, Glide In Ranch is completely
flooded.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 15.0 feet, County Road 155 is flooded west
of the Golden Sprig Duck Club.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 14.0 feet, Skyrakers Duck Club ponds begin
to flood.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 13.0 feet, Flood waters extend approximately
1 mile west of the tow drain downstream of the Lisbon gage.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 12.0 feet, County Road 107 is flooded.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 11.0 feet, Glide In Ranch & Mound Farms
begin to flood.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 10.5 feet, Local roads on the east side of
the Yolo Bypass south of the I-80 causeway are flooded.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 9.5 feet, Yolo Bypass flooding extends 1/4
mile west. No structural damage is occurring.
