HYDROLOGIC STATEMENT

...A series of weak storms this weekend and scheduled reservoir releases
will result in continued high levels on the Lower Sacramento River System this week...

.Due to more flow coming down the Sacramento River, Lisbon
is expected to continue above flood stage. Clear Lake is also
expected to remain above flood stage.

Forecasts are based on present and forecasted meteorological and
hydrologic conditions at time of issuance.

Unlisted forecast points are expected to remain below monitor stage.
All those affected by river conditions should remain alert for rapid
changes and for possible forecast revisions.

 Fremont Weir 02/24 08:15 stage 36.3 ft
 Present overflow depth is about 4.3 FT then overflow to remain near
depth of 3.8 FT thru late Sunday morning.
 Monitor stage 32.0 ft, Flood stage 39.5 ft
Impact for Fremont Weir...Near 33.1 feet, At one foot of overflow,
the river road to Woodland is closed due to flooding.
Impact for Fremont Weir...Near 32.0 feet, Fremont Weir crest
elevation. Overflow begins into the Yolo Bypass flooding agricultural
lands.

Clear Lake At
 Lakeport 02/24 08:15 stage 10.5 ft
 Forecast to recede to near 10.0 FT Sunday morning then forecast to
fluctuate near 10.0 FT thru late Sunday morning.
 Monitor stage 8.0 ft, Flood stage 9.0 ft
Impact for Lakeport...Near 11.0 feet, Major flooding occurs all
aruond the north end of the lake, especially in Lakeport and
Clearlake Oaks. Highway 20 around the north end of the lake is closed
in some areas.
Impact for Lakeport...Near 9.0 feet, Low lying structures and some
main roads around the lake are threatened by the high lake levels.
Impact for Lakeport...Near 8.5 feet, Minor flooding of some lake side
residents occurs. More buildings are threatened from Lakeport to
Clearlake Oaks.

 Forecast to recede to near 21.0 FT late Sunday morning.
 Monitor stage 13.0 ft, Flood stage 19.0 ft
Impact for Lisbon...Near 19.0 feet, Mound Farms and Senator Outing
Duck Club are flooded.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 16.0 feet, Glide In Ranch is completely
flooded.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 15.0 feet, County Road 155 is flooded west
of the Golden Sprig Duck Club.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 14.0 feet, Skyrakers Duck Club ponds begin
to flood.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 13.0 feet, Flood waters extend approximately
1 mile west of the tow drain downstream of the Lisbon gage.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 12.0 feet, County Road 107 is flooded.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 11.0 feet, Glide In Ranch & Mound Farms
begin to flood.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 10.5 feet, Local roads on the east side of
the Yolo Bypass south of the I-80 causeway are flooded.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 9.5 feet, Yolo Bypass flooding extends 1/4
mile west. No structural damage is occurring.
