FOR TODAY...SEVERE WINTER WEATHER IN THE EAST WILL GRADUALLY END
DURING THE MORNING...WITH A PARTLY CLOUDY SKY WEST. SCATTERED
FLURRIES WILL DEVELOP IN SOUTHEAST SASKATCHEWAN. HIGHS TODAY WILL
RANGE FROM AROUND 10 ABOVE EAST TO THE UPPER 30S AND LOWER 40S WEST.
