A FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FROM EASTERN MONTANA INTO THE WESTERN
AND CENTRAL DAKOTAS...AS WIDESPREAD MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL IS
EXPECTED TODAY INTO SUNDAY. THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL WILL EVENTUALLY
MOVE INTO SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN AND MANITOBA SATURDAY EVENING
THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT. TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES
ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS MOST OF THE NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS TODAY THROUGH
SUNDAY. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE TODAY FROM THE
EASTERN DAKOTAS INTO WESTERN MINNESOTA. HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY
WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 50S WEST...TO MID 70S EAST AND SOUTH.
