Winter weather continues across much of the Northern Plains states.

For the rest of tonight expect snow and blowing snow to continue
across much of the region, with the heaviest snow in northeastern
North Dakota and northern Minnesota. Cold and breezy. Northwest
winds will continue to reduce visibility across much of North
Dakota. Expect hazardous travel conditions.

For Tuesday, look for snow and blowing snow to continue. Dangerously
cold conditions are in the forecast. Highs will be in the single
digits and teens, with wind chill values as low as 25 below zero.

Extremely cold conditions will continue into Friday.
