A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WAS CENTERED OVER WESTERN NORTH DAKOTA. A WARM
FRONT EXTENDED FROM THE LOW INTO CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA.

EARLY THIS MORNING...AREAS OF FOG WILL PERSIST OVER EASTERN PORTIONS
OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS. EXPECT RAIN...SNOW...AND BRIEF PERIODS OF
FREEZING RAIN OVER MAINLY WESTERN PARTS OF THE REGION. OVERNIGHT
LOWS WILL RANGE FROM THE LOWER 20S NORTHEAST TO THE MID 30S
SOUTHWEST.

THIS LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE
REGION TODAY THROUGH TUESDAY. THE STORM SYSTEM WILL SPREAD
ACCUMULATING SNOW ACROSS MUCH OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS MONDAY AND
TUESDAY.

EXPECT ABOVE AVERAGE TEMPERATURES THIS WEEK ACROSS NORTH
DAKOTA...WITH HIGHS IN THE 20S AND 30S FOR MUCH OF THIS WEEK. COLDER
CONDITIONS BY THE END OF THE WEEK WITH HIGHS FRIDAY EXPECTED TO
RANGE FROM 5 ABOVE TO THE UPPER TEENS.
