...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN
LAMOILLE...NORTHEASTERN ORANGE...SOUTHERN CALEDONIA...SOUTHWESTERN
ORLEANS AND NORTHEASTERN WASHINGTON COUNTIES...

At 717 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Waterbury to near East Montpelier to
near Orange. Movement was east at 20 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and dime size hail are possible with these
storms.

Locations impacted include...
Barre, St. Johnsbury, Montpelier, Calais, Waterford, Plainfield,
Orange, Stannard, Hardwick, Websterville, East Montpelier, Marshfield
Village, Topsham, Wolcott, Groton, Greensboro Bend, Worcester,
Middlesex, Marshfield and Cabot Village.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
