NIAGARA...NORTHWESTERN LIVINGSTON...GENESEE...NORTHEASTERN WYOMING...
SOUTHWESTERN MONROE AND ORLEANS COUNTIES...

At 850 AM EST, A band of lake effect snow producing snow fall rates
of 1 TO 2 inches per hour will continue to intensify this morning,
with localized snow fall rates exceeding 2 inches per hour possible.
Visibilities will drop quickly to less than a quarter of a mile in
this band of lake effect snow. Be prepared for rapidly changing
travel conditions.

Locations impacted include...
Lockport, Batavia, Brockport, Medina, Albion, Newfane, Le Roy,
Pavilion, Byron and Caledonia.

This includes Interstate 90 between exits 48 and 47.

Although this event is expected to be short lived, if conditions
worsen, a lake effect snow advisory may become necessary. Please
monitor local media outlets and the national weather service for
further statements.
