...PATCHY DENSE FOG IS AFFECTING PARTS OF NORTHEAST ALABAMA...

PATCHY FOG HAS DEVELOPED ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST ALABAMA...
MAINLY WITHIN VALLEYS AND NEAR SOME BODIES OF WATER. VISIBILITIES
ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA WERE GREATER THAN THREE MILES...HOWEVER
SOME LOCATIONS HAD VISIBILITIES REDUCED TO ONE QUARTER OF A MILE.

MOTORISTS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT...AS VISIBILITIES COULD FLUCTUATE
RAPIDLY DUE TO THE PATCHY NATURE OF THE FOG. REDUCE SPEED AS
APPROPRIATE AND USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS WHEN ENCOUNTERING FOG.
