NEAR SOUTH CLEVELAND...OR 10 MILES SOUTHWEST OF CLEVELAND...MOVING
EAST AT 25 MPH.

WIND GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM...BUT
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS UP TO 1 INCH PER HOUR WILL BE THE GREATEST
HAZARD.
