A WINTER WEATHER SYSTEM WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA SUNDAY MORNING
BETWEEN 3 AM AND 9 AM. THIS SYSTEM WILL BRING A PERIOD OF WINTER
PRECIPITATION IN THE FORM OF SLEET...FREEZING RAIN AND SNOW TO THE
FORECAST AREA BEFORE CHANGING TO MOSTLY RAIN AFTER 9 AM.
CONFIDENCE IS LACKING ON WHEN PRECIPITATION TYPES WILL CHANGE AND
IF THERE WILL BE ANY ACCUMULATIONS WORTHY OF AN ADVISORY...BUT FOR
NOW THIS SYSTEM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO CAUSE SLIPPERY ROADS AND SIDEWALKS.
PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON THE LATEST FORECASTS AS THIS SYSTEM
APPROACHES.
