...A WINTRY MIXTURE LIKELY ACROSS THE BIG COUNTRY THIS MORNING...

A BAND OF WINTRY PRECIPITATION WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS
PORTIONS OF THE BIG COUNTRY THIS MORNING...MAINLY ALONG AND NORTH
OF INTERSTATE 20.

FOR AREAS NORTH OF A ROTAN TO STAMFORD TO THROCKMORTON
LINE...LIGHT SNOW CAN BE EXPECTED. WITH GROUND TEMPERATURES STILL
WARM...MOST OF THE SNOW WILL MELT AS IT REACHES THE GROUND.
HOWEVER...A DUSTING OF SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE ON GRASSY SURFACES
AND ON VEHICLES. ALTHOUGH WIDESPREAD TRAVEL PROBLEMS ARE NOT
ANTICIPATED...A SLICK SPOT OR TWO WILL BE POSSIBLE AREA BRIDGES
ACROSS HASKELL AND THROCKMORTON COUNTIES.

ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF THE BIG COUNTRY...INCLUDING SWEETWATER
AND ABILENE...A MIXTURE OF MAINLY RAIN BUT A LITTLE SLEET AND
PERHAPS A SNOWFLAKE OR TWO WILL BE POSSIBLE. AGAIN...GROUND
TEMPERATURES WILL MELT ANY OF THE SLEET OR SNOW ON ROADWAYS SO NO
MAJOR TRAVEL PROBLEMS ARE ANTICIPATED.

THE WINTRY MIXTURE SHOULD CONTINUE THROUGH ABOUT MID MORNING...
BEFORE TEMPERATURES CLIMB A FEW DEGREES AND ALLOW THE MIXTURE TO
SWITCH BACK TO JUST LIGHT RAIN.
