The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northern Jefferson County in west central Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Armstrong County in west central Pennsylvania...
  Southeastern Venango County in northwestern Pennsylvania...
  Southern Forest County in northwestern Pennsylvania...
  Northeastern Butler County in west central Pennsylvania...
  Clarion County in west central Pennsylvania...

* Until 315 PM EST.

* At 223 PM EST, a severe thunderstorm was located near Knox, moving
  east at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some
           power outages.

* Locations impacted include...
  Oil City, Clarion, Brookville, Marienville, Knox, Reynoldsville,
  Brockway, Falls Creek, Seneca, Parker, Sligo and Emlenton.

This includes  Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 41
and 96.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
