KARINA IS MOVING TOWARD THE SOUTHEAST NEAR 5 MPH...7 KM/H.  A TURN
TOWARD THE EAST AND EAST-NORTHEAST IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 24
HOURS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 30 MPH...45 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  WINDS ARE FORECAST TO SLOWLY DIMINISH...AND THE REMNANT LOW
