WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS
EVENING TO NOON EST FRIDAY.

* LOCATIONS...GREATER CAPITAL REGION...SCHOHARIE VALLEY...NORTHERN
  TACONICS...NORTHERN BERKSHIRES...AND SOUTHERN VERMONT.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 6 INCHES.

* MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATES...UP TO ONE INCH PER HOUR.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BEGIN LATER THIS EVENING AND CONTINUE THROUGH
  THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. SNOW WILL TAPER OFF TO SNOW SHOWERS ON
  FRIDAY MORNING...ENDING BY MIDDAY.

* IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED ROADS AND LOW VISIBILITY WILL MAKE FOR
  HAZARDOUS TRAVEL.
