* IMPACTS...ICE AND SLUSH COVERED ROADWAYS WILL MAKE FOR HAZARDOUS
  TRAVEL. UNTREATED WALKWAYS...DRIVEWAYS AND SIDEWALKS WILL BE
  VERY SLIPPERY. ISOLATED TO SCATTERED POWER OUTAGES ARE POSSIBLE
