URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...Another Round of Wintry Precipitation into tonight...

.A wintry mix of precipitation will overspread much of the area
late this afternoon into tonight, ending from west to east no
later than mid morning Friday. At this time, 2 to locally 4
inches of snow accumulation are expected generally north of a
line from Charles City, Iowa to La Crosse, Wisconsin to Wausau,
Wisconsin. Farther south, a mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain
is expected, with snow and sleet accumulation 1 inch or less but
ice accumulation of up to one-tenth of an inch. Regardless of
exact amounts, travel during the Friday morning commute is likely
to be impacted by slick road conditions for many areas.

* WHAT...Snow mixing with freezing drizzle expected. Total snow
  accumulations of 2 to 3 inches and ice accumulations of a glaze
  are expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Iowa and
  southeast Minnesota.

* WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 6 AM CST Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The wintry precipitation will result in
  difficult travel conditions, including during the morning
  commute on Friday. Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
  times.
