SURFACE TEMPERATURES NEAR FREEZING AND COLD ROADS...RAIN WILL MIX
WITH FREEZING RAIN AT TIMES. THE RESULT WILL BE LIGHT ICING FOR
AREAS NORTH OF INTERSTATE 94 LATE TONIGHT AND THIS MORNING...
ESPECIALLY ON UNTREATED SECONDARY ROADS. BE PREPARED FOR SLICK
