* HAZARD TYPES...LIGHT FREEZING RAIN.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...A LIGHT GLAZE OF LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN
  INCH OF ICE...MOST LIKELY AT HIGHER ELEVATIONS.

* TIMING...LIGHT RAIN WILL SLOWLY DEVELOP THIS MORNING WITH
  TEMPERATURES AROUND FREEZING...RESULTING IN AREAS OF BRIEF LIGHT
  ICE UNTIL TEMPERATURES RISE ABOVE FREEZING LATER THIS MORNING.
  AT LEAST PATCHES OF FREEZING RAIN WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE UP TO
  MID MORNING AT HIGHER ELEVATIONS.
